A Structured & Role-Based EQ Assessment Platform

EQ360 was developed as a secure, scalable, and hierarchical platform to address challenges in emotional intelligence assessment. Key implementations include:

Supported multiple roles including Super Administrators, Executives, District Administrators, Principals, Teachers, Students, Coaches, and Clients to ensure structured management and security.

Personalized Assessments
Online assessments measuring six core EQ competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, Responsible Decision-Making, and Motivation.

Dashboard & Reporting
MyEQ360 dashboard displays insights and recommendations. Users also receive downloadable PDF reports for offline reference.
